In the office... changes in how to purchase prints

Things have been quiet on the blogger front but not the photography or back-end of things. Aviation events are happening at a rapid-fire pace here in Arizona with fly-ins, airshows, open houses and individual aircraft events occurring weekly. Images are being captured and waiting for the summer slowdown for editing. This will ensure a steady stream of images for sure!

A big change is in the air (forgive the pun) and it concerns the purchasing of prints of my aviation images. Starting today print orders will now be fulfilled by MPix labs via my Zenfolio site. Prints range from 4x62 to 20x30 and can be sent loose, framed or on canvas wraps. MPix is a division of Miller's labs, a renowned professional print lab for the portrait industry since 1964. I think you will find your prints second-to-none. If you order a print of an aircraft with polished metal I strongly suggest you use the metallic paper... it is beyond belief. I personally approve each order before it goes to the lab.

General Aviation GA aircraft and business jet/prop galleries are (nearly) complete, airliners and military aircraft are being worked on but that is a large project. If you are an attendee of the Coolidge Fly-in there is a separate gallery for you folks making it easier to find your particular airplane (there is a slight backlog of this event but you're at the top of the queue). You can also use the SEARCH function to look for a particular N-number/registration. If it comes up blank, shoot me an e-mail and I'll look through the "waiting" folders.

Thanks for your patience and enjoy the new galleries!

Nice shot, James! It looks like you're about to be flattened.
